DeAna Oliver is interested in providing a better inclusive and equitable space for the BIPOC community in Corporate America by building stronger diverse pipelines of talent. She has experience in working with big corporations to implement long term change versus short term responses. She knew she was very passionate about DEI after experiencing what it is like to navigate non - diverse spaces while representing USA Fencing nationally and internationally. In her time studying, she competed as a Fencer for over 10 years and was Team Captain of her NCAA team at Penn State University and during her Masters degree at University of Nottingham. She went on to become the first woman and Black woman to medal in BUCS championships in 2020 for University of Nottingham Fencing Team.
